A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
ADOPTED AS PART OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2021 BUDGET TO REMOVE THE
COLLECTION OF CREDIT CARD FEES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Ordinance No. 2020-08 ("Budget Ordinance") on September
24, 2020, the Village Council adopted a Master Fee Schedule for both the General Fund and the
Country Club Enterprise Fund as part of the annual budget for Fiscal Year 2021; and
WHEREAS, Section 6 of the Budget Ordinance provides that the Village Council may revise the
Master Fee Schedule by Resolution during the Fiscal Year without need to amend the Budget
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, at the recommendation of Village Staff, the Village Council wishes to amend the Master
Fee Schedule to eliminate the collection of credit card fees; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best interests
of the residents and citizens of the Village of North Palm Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified and are incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends the Master Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2021 to
remove the collection of credit card fees.
Section 3. All other provisions of the Master Fee Schedule, to the extent not specifically
addressed herein, shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
