1989-32 Appoints Alternate Members to Planning Commission
RESOLUTION NO. 3~_R9
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAOS COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING FIRST AND SECOND ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THS
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH
FLORIDA:
section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed First and Second Alternates Members of the Planning
Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a term ending May
1, 1990.
First Alternate: rranrea rr George Gauthier
Second Alternate: William Howard
Section 2. This Resolution repeals and replaces Resolution
' No. 23-89
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and
ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of the Resolution to the members appointed above.
section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
