A RESOLUTION OF THB VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THB BID OF JIM RHODES ROOFING, LAKE PARK,
FLORIDA, FOR REROOFING OF FOUR MODULE BUILDINGS AT ANCHORAGE PARK
IN THB AMOUNT OF X9,650.00, FROM ACCOUNT NO. 10-572-042-34620 (R
& M BUILDING & GROUNDS).
BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Jim Rhodes Roofing, Lake Park,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to
advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from Account No. 30-572-042-34620 (R & M Building
Maintenance).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER. , 1989.
