FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF BEMIS, INC., TERRE HAUTB, INDIANA,
FOR 5,000 BOXES OF POLYETHYLENE BAGS ZN TH8 AMOUNT OF X27,550, FROM
ACCOUNT N0. 10-000-000-14130 (INVENTORY - GARBAGE BAGS).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM

BEACH, FLORIDA:
section i. The bid of Bemis, inc., Terre Haute, Indiana,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with Its terms.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise
said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. 10-000-000-14130 (Inventory - Garbage Bags).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER , 1989.
