A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 21-77, WHICH CREATED A COUNTRY
CLUB ADVISORY BOARD, BY ELIMINATING POOL AND TENNIS MEh16ERS ON THE
COUNTRY CLUB ADVISORY BOARD AND REPLACING THEM WITH OTHER SOCIAL AND
GOLF MEMBERS AND BY DELETING REFERENCE TO THE ORIGINAL COUNTRY CLUE
ADVISORY BOARD.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
6EACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2 of Resolution 21-77 is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Section 2. Said board shall be composed of five (5)
members who shall be residents of the Village; the terms of office shall be
for two years from the date of appointment and the members shall serve at the
pleasure of the Village Council; provided, however, that in the event of a
vacancy on said board, the Village Council shall appoint a successor member
to serve for the remainder of the term made vacant. Any member shall be
eligible to succeed himself. In addition, members to the Country Club
Advisory Board shall be selected from the membership of the North Palm Beach
Country Club and shall be composed insofar as practicable as follows:
(1) Four (4j Village residents who are golf members, and one (1)
other Village resident."
Section 2. Section 3 of Resolution 21-77, which reamed the original
members of the Country Club Advisory Board, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. Sections 4, 5 and 6 of Resolution 21-71 are hereby
renumbered to be Sections 3, 4 and 5, respectively.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
