ACCEPTING THE BID OF BITUMINOUS PAVING SYSTEMS, INC., HILLIARU, OHIO, FOR
FURNISHING AND INSTALLING LATEX hIODIFIED EMULSIFIED ASPHALT PAVEMENT COURSE, IN
AN A~10UNT NOT TO EXCEED $58,000 TO BE EXPENDED FROM THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS:
b26,000 FROM ACCOUNT 10-541-34-34681 (SLURRY SEAL) AND $34,100 FRO!•1 ACCOUNT
10-541-34-34686 (STREET RESURFACING).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Bituminous Paving Systems, Inc., copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are
hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be
expended from the following accounts: $26,000 from Account 10-541-34-34681
(Slurry Seal) and $34,100 from Account 10-541-34-34686 (Street Resurfacing).
