A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO TRANSMIT THE DRAFT COPY OF THE PROPOSED VILLAGE
COMPREfiENSIVE PLAN TO TILE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH TfiE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 163, PART II, FLORIDA STATUTES.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager is directed to transmit the draft copy
of the proposed Village Comprehensive Plan, as recommended by the Planning
Commission acting as the Local Planning Agency, to the State of Florida
Department of Community Affairs in accordance. with the requirements of Chapter
163, Part II, Florida Statutes. All required attachments and support documents
shall be included in the transmittal.
Section 2. In accordance with the requirements of the Florida
Administrative Code Rule 9J-11.004, the Village Council states:
A. The Village Council held a transmittal public hearing on April 13,
1989.
' B. The Comprehensive Plan is not applicable as to area of critical
State concern.
C. There are no optional elements included in the Plan.

E. The public can inspect the proposed Plan and the Department of
Community Affairs objections, recommendations and comments at the following

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
