ACCEPTING THE BID OF ADIRONDACK SCENIC INC., JUPITER, FIARIQA FOR FURNISHING AND
INSTALLING STAGE LIGHTING COI~ITROLS IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,200.00, INCLUDING
' FREIGHT, 1U BE EXPENDED FRAM ACCOUNT N0. 10-572-042-66000 (CAPITAL - LIGHTING
CONTROLS).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PAIl~1 BEACH, FIARInA:
Section 1. Tne bid of Adirondack Scenic Inc., Jupiter, Florida, copy
of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its texttts. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account No. 10-572-042-66000 (Capital Lighting
Controls).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect i:m:ediately upon
passage.
