1988-20 Appoints Member to GEPBRESOLUTION NO. 20-88
' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLARIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBER T~ THE PENSION BOARD FOR GENERAL EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, EXCEPT FIRE AND POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORM PALM BEACH, FLORICI~1:
section 1. FRED TEED be, and he is hereby, appointed a member
of the Pension Board for General a~loyees of the Village of North Palm Beach,
except Fire and Police. The term of office shall be at the pleasure of the
Village Council.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member shall be as
set forth in Ordinance No. 1-83.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of the Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
