A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FIARIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS ~ THE NORTH PAIN BEACH BOARD OF AUIUSTMENT
' AND SETTING F'ORTi-1 THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLARIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and is hereby appointed a member
of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a teen ending May 1, 1990.
DIANNE REEVES
Section 2. The following persons be, and are hereby appointed
Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term ending
May 1, 1989.
1st Alternate ARTHUR FINK
2nd Alternate MTfHAF~IIRl;ID
' Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of said members shall be
set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of
the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 9. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect- immediately upon
passage.
