A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF MUNICIPAL EQUIPMENT COMPANY, ORLANDO, FL.
FOR 1000 FT. OF 4-1/2 INCH FIRE HOSE F.OR THE PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT
IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 6,750.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 10-522-022-66490
(FIRE DEPARTMENT CAPITAL)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Municipal Equipment Company Orlando, FL.,I
copy of which is attached to this Resolutiop, is hereby accepted by ~
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
a~~^unt No 10-522-022-66490 (Fire Department Capital)

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage. i
