A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF DeBRA TURF & EQUIPMENT CO., HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA, FOR
ONE JACOBSEN GREENSMOWER IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,193.00 AND THREE CUTTING
UNITS FOR THAT MACHINE IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,175.00 ($125. PER UNIT) TO BE
EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT N0. 41-572-111-66000 (CAPITAL).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of DeBra Turf & Equipment Co., Hollywood,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of
this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 41-572-111-
66000 (Capital).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
