A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF ZIMMERMAN TREE SERVICES, LAKE WORTH, FLORIDA, IN THE
' AMOUNT OF $62.80 PER HOUR, FOR A TOTAL OF $4,710.00 (75 HOURS), FOR TREE
TRIMMING VILLAGE WIDE, TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT N0. 10-572-036-33430
(TREE TRIMMING).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Ztmmerman Tree Services, Lake Worth, Florida,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officiate are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 10-572-036-33430.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon

ADDENDUM N0. 1 July 28, 1987
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
ITEM No. 5: Change first sentence to read:
Contractor is to furnish one bucket truck and two experienced
persons.
Note: "Under the direction of a Village employee" means that the
Village employee will determine what trees are to be trimmed
and the extent of the trimming. The actual methods and operation
of the trimming procedures is at the discretion of the
contractor.
Please submit a signed copy of this addendum with proposal to
acknowledge receipt.
