A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A CHAIRMAN TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR FIRE AND POLICE EMPLOYEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The followtng person be, and he is hereby, appointed
a chairman of the Pension Board for Ftre and Police Employees of the Village
of North Palm Beach. The term of office shall be at the pleasure of the
Village Counctl.

Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member shall
be as set forth in Ordinance No. 9-82.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con-
formed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25th DAY OF JUNE ,1987.
