A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING CERTAIN VILLAGE OFFICERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed and
reappointed to the Village offices associated with their names:
Village Manager: Raymond J. Howland
Village Clerk: Dolores R. Walker
Village Attorney: Herbert L. Gildan
Village Auditors: May Zima & Company
Village Engineer: Howard L. Searcy
Section 2. The officers named above shall serve at the pleasure
of the Village Council.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27TH DAY OF MARCH 1986.
