ACCEPTING THE BID OF ACOUSTI ENGINEERING COMPANY OF FLORIDA, WEST PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA FOR ACOUSTIC RENOVATION WORK AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COMMUNITY CENTER
IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,216.00, FROM COMMUNITY CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND ACCOUNT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: ;
Section 1. The bid of Acousti Engineering Company of Florida, West
Palm Beach, Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Community Center
Construction Fund Account No. 31-572-888-66213.
