FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE -VILLAGE HALL COMPLEX
IN THE AMOUNT OF $450./month FROM ACCOUNT NOS. 10-571-041-33490
(LIBRARY) AND 10-512-012-33490 (VILLAGE MANAGER).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}1,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Worrybird Enterprises, North Palm Beach,,Fl

copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account Nos. 10-571-041-33490 (Library) and 10-512-012-33490 (Village Manager).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immedia tely
upon passage.
