A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING CERTAIN VILLAGE OFFICERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons are hereby appointed and
i reappointed to the Village offices associated with their names:
Village Manager: Raymond J. Howland
Village Clerk: Dolores R. Walker
Village Attorney: Herbert L. Gildan

Village Auditors: May Zima & Company
Village Engineer: Howard L. Searcy

'j Section 2. The officers named above shall serve at the .pleasure
of the Village Council.

Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
