A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,

AMENDING THE TRAVEL REGULATIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Travel Regulations of the Village of North Palm Beach
are hereby amended as follows:
"1.04 A 2 Milea e. The mileage allowance shall not exceed twenty
two cents ( per mi a for mileage traveled either during regular travel or
local trips in the immediate vicinity of the Village.
1.04 B Lodging. Reimbursement for lodging shall be at the current
single occupancy rate and fully supported by paid bills. Employee shall seek
the commercial rate whenever possible.
1.04 C Meal Allowance. A per diem of $28.00 will be allowed for
meals. Reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses in excess of the per
diem rate will be permitted if authorized by the Village Manager. In all cases,
expenses shall be substantiated by receipts.
1.04 E (4) Other Expenses. Communication expenses (business only)."
Section 2. All parts of the Travel Regulations of the Village of
rth Palm Beach in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
age.
