A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The follo~ting person be and he is hereby appointed a
member of the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1987.
ROBERT ROWE
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member shall
be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance
No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con-
formed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
