r RESOLUTION N0. 24-85 A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, i~ .J FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF BEMIS CO., INC., TERRE HAUTE, INDIANA, FOR 3,000 BOXES OF POLYETHYLENE REFUSE BAGS AT $4.94 PER BOX,FOR A TOTAL OF $14,820.OO,TO BE EXPENDED FROM INVENTORY ACCOUNT - 10-000-000-14120. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. The bid of Bemis Co., Inc., Terre Haute, Indiana, 1 copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from from Inventory account - 10-000-000-14120. passage. Section 2.
