A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A NEW SOCIAL
DINING MEMBERSHIP AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Village Staff has proposed the establishment of a new Social Dining Membership at
the North Palm Beach Country Club, with membership dues revenue shared between the Country
Club and the Farmer's Table Restaurant; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the creation of this new Social Dining
Membership is in the best interests of the residents and citizens of the Village of North Palm Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are hereby ratified and are incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby establishes a Social Dining Membership category at
the North Palm Beach Country Club, with membership dues revenue shared between the Country
Club and the Farmer's Table Restaurant. The parameters for this membership category shall be as
set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein, and the Village Council authorizes
Staff to incorporate this new membership category into the Country Club Rules and Regulations.
Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

EXHIBIT "A"
SOCIAL DINING MEMBERSHIP PARAMETERS
• Membership Timelines:
o For Fiscal Year 2021, the program would run from December 1, 2020 through
September 30, 2021.
o Starting in Fiscal Year 2022, the annual membership program will run from
October 1St through September 30th to match the Village's fiscal year calendar.
• Classification: there will be a Resident and Non -Resident Classification.
• Benefits of membership include:
o Ten percent (10%) off all food for Farmer's Table in -restaurant dining for parties
of 6 or less (excludes happy hour and alcohol).
o Preferred reservations at peak times and advanced reservations for special -events.
o Special Member rates for private parties with dedicated Party/Event planner.
o Season Kick-off party
o "Meet the Members" monthly happy hour. Private event for the Members held
outside of Grill Room bar and lower soft -seating area. Farmer's Table to provide
a complimentary lite buffet and live music with happy hour prices.
o Twenty percent (20%) off soft -good merchandise in the Country Club Golf Shop.
o July 4th "Viewing Party"- Members only party in the Ballroom to view fireworks.
Lite bites and snacks provided with cash bar.
o Access to Country Club swimming pool and splash pad for member and immediate
family.
The new membership dues revenue will be shared between the Country Club and Farmer's Table
restaurant to provide discounted programming.
