A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF DOWLING FIRE EQUIPMENT, SILVER SPRINGS,
FLORIDA, FOR ONE FIRE PUMPER IN THE AMOUNT OF $99,428.00 AND THE
EQUIPMENT BID AWARD TO BROWARD FIRE EQUIPMENT OF FT. LAUDERDALE,
FLORIDA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,281.93, BOTH AMOUNTS TO BE EXPENDED
FROM PRIORS YEARS SURPLUS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Dowling Fire Equipment, Silver Springs,

Florida and Broward Fire Equipment of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, copy
of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its term. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The monies .are to be expended from prior years
surplus.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
