BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT AND SETTING FORTH .THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The .following person be, and is hereby appointed a
member of the North Palm Beach Board of Ad3ustment for a term ending May 1,
1987.
JOHN NOSSAL
Section 2. The following person be, and is hereby appointed a
member of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term ending May 1,
1986.
COOPER LANSING
Section 3. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment for a term
ending May 1, 1986.
1st Alternate •• SAMUEL FRISCH
2nd Alternate _ GAIL VASTOLA
Section 4. The duties and responsibilities of said members shall
be set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance No.
6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 5. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 6. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
