A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF CUSHMAN-JEEP, FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, FOR ONE (1) CUSHMAN
CARGO VEHICLE, WITH TRADE-IN, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,650.00 FROM FEDERAL
REVENUE SHARING .ACCOUNT N0. 11-512-777-66417, AND FOR TWO (2) CUSHMAN
DUMPSTERS, WITH TRADE-IN, IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,245.00 FROM FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING ACCOUNT N0. 11-534-777-66415.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Cushman-Jeep, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, copy
of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village
of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby dilrected to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
The monies are to be expended from Federal Revenue Sharing Account No.
11-534-777-66415.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1985.

which amount may be deducted from his bid price at the option of the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida.
The Village of North Palm Beach reserves the right to buy back from the dealer, at
