A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby appointed a
member of the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a term
ending May 1, 1986.
ROGER LAMBERT
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed as
first and second alternate members of the Planning Commission of the Village of
North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1985.
JOHN RIDGWAY - FIRST ALTERNATE
DONALD FOY - SECOND ALTERNATE
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning Commission
shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance
No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4, The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th DAY OF JANUARY, 1985.
