A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,.

APPOINTING A DESIGNEE TO REPRESENT THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH ON THE
JOHN D. MAC ARTHUR PARK CONSERVATION CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. W. H._BROWN be, and he is hereby, appointed as
designee to represent the Village of North Palm Beach on The John D. MacArthur
Conservation Corporation Board of Directors.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the designee shall
be as set forth in Resolution No. 67-80.
Section 3. The above-named designee shall serve fora period of
one year.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send conformed

copies of this Resolution to the above-named designee and The John D. MacArthur
Park Conservation Corporation.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1984.
