ACCEPTING THE BID OF MARTIN SURFACE AND DECKING, COCKEYSVILLE, MARYLAND,
FOR REAPPLICATION OF THE GYMNASIUM SURFACE AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH COMMUNITY
CENTER, WITH ALTERNATE 1, IN THE. AMOUNT OF $33,630.00, FROM ACCOUNT N0.
31-572-888-66213, 1981 C.I.P. CONSTRUCTION FUNO (COMMUNITY CENTER).
FLORIDA:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. The.bid of Martin Surface and Decking, Cockeysville,
Maryland, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropri-
ate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this accept-
ance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 31-572-888-66213 C.I.P.
Construction Fund (Community Center).

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect inmediatety upon

he done by the owner, Martin Surfacing will give you a price.
The work will commence 15 calendar days from owner's authorization
