A RESOLUTION OF THE 1~ILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF SCREENCO NORTH, RIVIERA BEACH, FLORIDA
FOR 42 INCH HIGH ALUMINUM .RAILING IN THE AMOUNT OF $6,640.00, FROM
ACCOUNT N0. 10-572-042-33415 (CONTRACTUAL SERVICES - WINTER CLUB).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Screenco North, Riviera Beach, Florida,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by
the Village of .North Palm Beach. in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No.
10-572-042-33415 (Contractual Services - Winter Club).
Section 2. Thfis Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
