A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,.
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF DELTA DEMOLITION, NORTH PALM BEACH, FL,
FOR DEMOLITION OF THE WINTER CLUB IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,143.00, FROM
ACCOUNT N0. 10-572-042-33415 (CONTRACTUAL SERVICES - WINTER CLUB).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTN PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Delta Demolition, North Palm Beach,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its
terms. The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise
said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. 10-572-042-33415 (Contractual Services - Winter Club).
Section 2. This Resolution shall .take effect upon the third
day of August, 1984.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12th DAY OF JULY, 1484.
