BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VII~AGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIAA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed menbers of the Contractors Board of the Village of North Palm
Beach for a term ending May 1, 1987.
THOMAS J. MC CARTHY, JR.
NEAL NEFF
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Contractors

Board shall be set forth in Chapter 6 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
