BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILiAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed. members of the Code Ihforcement Board of the Village of North
Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1987.
GEORGE W. BALDWIN
GE-0RGE FINNEY
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Code Ihforce-

meat Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 163,-Part II, Florida Statutes,
and Ordinance Nos. 19-79, 25-79 and 16-82 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall .take effect immediately upon
