BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VIIJAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PATS~I BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby appointed
members of the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1986.
TOM KELSEY
CARROLL SMOOT
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby

appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Platming Com[nission
for a term ending May 1, 1985.
1st Alternate -ROGER C. LAMBERT
2nd Alternate - JOHN RIDGWAY
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning
Ca~mission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163; Part II, Florida Statutes,
and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon

passage.
