UPON THE APPROPRIATION OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVID BY. THE VII.iAGE OOUNCIL Of' NORTH PALM BEACH,
Section 1. The bid of Stuart Engineering Contractors, Stuart,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The cronies are to be expended from the R.O.F. Account,
coxitingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.

proposal for the same article, snd is in all respects fair and without collusion or

by the specifications and plans to relocate one (1)
50 H.P. Vertical Pump and related fittings. Construct
~. one (1) 8' x 8' concrete platform .and furnish and in-
stall an 18" diameter x 10' aluminum wet well, 40' of
12" aluminum flume, a 16' x 16' aluminum intake screen
and supporting underpinning and rip rap excavated soil
bank.

Allowed time to complete the work shall be 30 calendar days.
Liquidated damages will be assessed after 30 calendar days at the rate
of $zoo,00 per day until the work is completed to the satisfaction of
the Village.
