FY 2021 Country Club Highlights • Pool is increasing revenue, but expenses have increased for proper maintenance. — Programming for events on the deck, private party rentals and increased membership can enhance funding. • Restaurant financial performance was excellent pre- COVID; met the $2m gross revenue threshold. — Volume has decreased since reopening. Consistent with most in the industry. — When will it recover? Budget assumes $100,000 in rent and reaching $Sm in gross sales ($150,000).
