BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAC~ COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA:
Section 1. The bids of K & M Electric, Southeastern Prestress and
C. R. Dtffm, Inc., copies of which are attached to this Resolution, are hereby
accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with their terns.
The appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The monies are to be expezided from Revenue Sharing
Accrnmt No. 36-572-63.17.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect itmiediately upon
