A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA,
APPOINTING A ME[~ER TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR FIRE AND POLICE II~I,OYEES OF
THE VIISAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PATI1 BEACH,
FIARIDA;
Section 1. The follwair3g person be, and she is hereby, appointed
a member of the Pension Board for Fire and Police Employees of the Village
of North Palm Beach. The terns of office shall be at the pleasure of the
Village Council.
MARY MARGARET MC VAY
Section 2. 'Ihe duties and responsibilities of said member shall
be as set forth in Ordinance No. 9-82.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con-
' forced copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This RESOlution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
