1983-12 Appointing Members to Pension Board for General Employees
RESOLUTION N0. 12-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS ELECTED BY GENERAL EMPLOYEES TO THE
PENSION BOARD FOR GENERAL EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, EXCEPT FIRE AND POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons, being duly elected by
majority vote by the General Employees be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Pension Board for General Employees of
the Village of North Palm Beach, except Fire and Police. The term
of office shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 1-83.

ISABELLA PETERSON
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be as set forth in Ordinance No. 1-83.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24th DAY OF MARCH, 1983.
