IN THE A*~U[PT OF $16,950.00, FROM REVENUE SHARING ACCOUNT N0. 34-541-53.15.
BE TT RESOLVID BY THE VIISA(~ COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLARTDA:
Section 1. The bid of J & B Slurry Seal Caipany copy of which is
attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North Palm
Beach in accordmzce with its terns. The appropriate Village officials are
hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to
be expended from Revenue Sharing Accotmt No. 34-541-53.15.
Section 2. this Resolution shall take effect imrediately upon
passage.
