FIARIDA, APPOINTING A DESIGN TO REPRESENT THE VILIAGE OF NORTH PAIrI
BEACH ON THE JOHN D. MAC ARTHUR PARK
OF DIRECTORS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FIARIDA:
Section 1. W. H. Brown be, and he is hereby, appointed as
designee to represent the Village of North Palm Beach on the John D.
MacArthur Conservation Corporation Board of Directors.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the designee
shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 67-80.
Section 3. The above-named designee shall serve for a period
of one year.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
conformed copies of this Resolution to the above-mined and The John D.
"MacArthur Park Conservation Corporation.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 8th DAY OF DECEMBER, 1983.
