IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 18.648.00 FROM INVENTORY ACCOUNT N0.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Bemis Company, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, ~s hereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Inventory Account No. 141-300
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immedia tely
upon passage.

We have supplied this same bag in the past.
If raw material costs change, prices may be adjusted on all
unacknowledged orders. In the event any proposed price change
is unacceptabel, The City of North Palm Beach, Florida, has the
right to cancel the unexcersiz'ed portion of buying agreement with
written notice to Beinis after taking delivery on all acknowledged
orders and all floor stock.
