A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR GENERAL EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, EXCEPT FIRE AND POLICE.

FLORIDA:

-~ Section 1. GURLESTER BELK, JR. be, and he is hereby, appointed
I' a member of the Pension Board for General Employees of the Village of North

Palm Beach, except Fire and Police. The term of office shall be at the

I; pleasure of the Village Council.
j Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member shall
~; be as set forth in Ordinance No. 1-83, j

~! Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con- i
I
formed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon '
passage.

that I am not directly or indirectly pecuniarily interested in any public
service corporation engaged in business in the Village of North Palm
Beach, or in or with any person or corporation having contracts with
said Village, so help me God.
