A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF HEAVY CONSTRCUTION, NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR
', FILL DIRT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2.75 PER CUBIC YARD (TOTAL AMOUNT $6,050.00)
TO BE EXPENDED FROM ACCOUNT N0. 61-519-.99.11 (COUNCLL CONTINGENCY).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Heavy Construction, North Palm Beach,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No.
61-519-99.11 (Council Contingency).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
' passage.
