A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF__.DELTA DEMOLITION. NORTH PALM BEACH, FL
FOR DEMOLITION OF THE WINTER CLUB
IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 13,434.00 FRp~.i ACCOUNT N0. 61-519-99.11
(COUNCIL CONTINGENCY)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM HEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of_Delta Demolition. North Palm Beach FL
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is }iereby accepted by
the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. 61-519-99.11 (Council Contingency)
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
