A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCTT. OF NORTH PALM BEAQ-I, FIARIDA,
APPOINi'1NG A MEMBER, AND A SECOND ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE PLANNING COM~USSION
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTi-I PAII~I BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA:
Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby, appointed a
mender of the Plannit~ Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1985.
IVAN SIM~NS
Section 2. The following person be, and she is hereby, appointed a
Second Alternate Member of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission for a
term ending May 1, 1984.
CARROLL S[~9JOT
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Plannir~ Commission
' shall be set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance
No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect itmiediately upon
passage.
