A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NOlrii-I PALM BEAQI, FIARIDA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER, A FIRST ALTERNATE E[+~2~BER, AND A SECOND ALTERNATE MEMBER
TO TIC PLANNING OOfT'IISSION OF THE VITSAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1, The following person be, and he is hereby, appointed a
member of the Planning Commission of the Village of North Palm Beach for a
term ending May 1, 1985.
JOHN RIDGWAY
Section 2. The following person be, and he is hereby, appointed a
First Alternate Member of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission for a
teen ending May 1, 1984.
IVAN SINMONS
Section 3. The following person be, and she is hereby, appointed a
Seccmd Alternate Member of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission for a term
ending May 1, 1984.
GARROTE SMOOT
Section 4. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning Commission
shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes, and Ordinance
No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 5. The Village Cleric. is hereby directed to send a conformed
copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 6. lhis Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
