A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAQ-I, FIARIIY~,
ACCEPTING THE BID OF ACCURATE TENNIS COURTS, MIAMI, FLORIAA FOR RESURFACIN(
' TWO PUBLIC COURTS AT THE NPB OOUNTRY CLUB IN THE AMJUNT OF $4,319.00, FROM
ACOOUNT NO. 61-519-99.11 (OOUNCIL CONTINGENCY).
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Accurate Tennis Courts, Miami, Florida, copy
of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The
monies are to be expended from Account No. 61-519-99.11 (Council Contingency).
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect iimiediately upon
passage.
