APPOINTING METER TO THE PENSION BOARD FOR GENERAL. Fl'1P4AYEFS OF THE VTT7A(,F:
OF NORTH PAiM BEACH, EXCEPT FIRE AND POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAQ-I,
FIARIDA:
Section 1. WILLIAM YOUNG, be and he is hereby, appointed a
member of the Pension Board for General E~loyees of the Village of North
Palm Beach, except Fire and Police
The term of office shall be at the
pleasure of the Village Council.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member shall
be as set forth in Ordinance No. 1-83.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con-
formed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect itmiediately upon
