A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OOINCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, FIARIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE, ON BEHALF OF TS-IE VILLAGE,
' A MUTUAL ATD AGREEMENT BETWEIN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLARIDA, AND ALL OTHER
PARTICIPANTS IN THE EXPANDID 911 SYSTEM FOR PAiM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE VIIJAGE OOL~ICIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Mutual Aid
Agreement between Palm Beach County, Florida, and all other participants in
the expanded 911 System for Palm Beach County, Florida, copy of which is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect imrediately upon
passage.
