APPOINPING MEMBERS Ta THE NOR1H PALM BEAC&I BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND SETTING
FORTH THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILL:S(~ COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAQ-I, FIARIIIA:
Section 1. the following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm
Beach for a teen ending May 1, 1985,
Mary Stevens
Frank Young
Sally Venzara
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Board of Adjustment
for a terns ending May 1, 1984.
1st Alternate -Pamela Peckham
' 2nd Alternate -John Nossal
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Board of
Adjustment shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes,
and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
confornied copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect imnediately upon
passage.
